Francine grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and graduated from West Mesa High School. She entered the Air Force in 1989, and served faithfully for 26 years in a critical role as a Knowledge Operator who planned, coordinated, managed, and controlled the organizations data assets. After retiring in 2015, Francine was hired as a Department of Defense Contractor for the Missile Defense Agency. She is a Risk and Opportunity Manager for the Information Technology Services Directorate.
Francine is married and has two children. She is involved with New Life Church and has a passion to help others, especially our country’s homeless Veterans.
